DynaResource, Inc and its subsidiary DynaResource de Mexico SA de CV own and operate the San Jose de Gracia high-grade gold mine located in Sinaloa, Mexico, approximately 100 km northeast of Guamuchil and situated in the center of the prolific Sierra Madre Occidental geological zone.
Mining at San Jose de Gracia commenced in 2016 and started as a small scale 100 tpd/10,000 ounce per year operation in 2016 to an 800 tpd and approximately 25,000 gold ounce per year producer today. Mining consists of conventional cut and fill and milling operations consist of crushing, grinding and flotation to produce a high value gold concentrate which is transported to Manzanillo and sold to our offtake partner.
The Company is also focused on exploration of its extensive land package of 33 contiguous concessions totaling approximately 10,000 hectares which were converted in 2006 into 50-year mining concessions. The Project includes highly prospective geology and a historic mineral resource estimate of approximately 1 million ounces of gold which suggests a significant mine life even under conservative reserve conversion conditions.
