The exclusive license enables Dyno to sell a large and diverse portfolio of sewing products, including cutting instruments, fasteners, needles, thread and a wide variety of other sewing related notions and accessories. The Company has a longstanding relationship with Singer and has 12 years remaining on its current license term with 10-year perpetual renewals thereafter, providing Dyno with stable, long-term revenue from an iconic sewing and craft brand. In addition to its high consumer brand awareness (98%), the Singer trusted place in every sewers kit evidenced by category leading Net Promoter Scores. Dyno’s strong market share in sewing products is complemented by its seasonal decorative home products. Our product categories include Bead & Tinsel Garlands, Handmade Bows, Lighting Hardware, Holiday Hats, Home Décor, Licensed Animated Figures & Ornaments, Stockings, Tree Skirts, and Tree Stands. As a leader in our industry, each year we introduce thousands of new items inspired by current trends, new technologies and materials. Our design team and sales department work directly with retailers to customize programs to fit their individual pricing and merchandising needs. Dyno has completed five strategic acquisitions that have added niche products, strategic supply chain synergies, complementary sales channels and product design capabilities.
