Dr. Yahya Professional Welfare Society is initiated to facilitate the impoverished people of Layyah. The founding personality of the organization is Dr. Yahya who has been working relentlessly since 2008 for health promotion in Layyah. He is CEO of Qadir Ali hospital which has surgery, gynaecology, obstetrics, pulmonary, urology, ENT, orthopedics, and ophthalmology departments. His perseverance has now laid the foundation of this trust that will help deserving people to undergo advanced medical treatments in Qadir Ali Hospital for free. Surgeries and treatment will be performed by vehement and qualified specialists that ensure satisfactory treatment outcomes. Besides this Trust will be granting scholarships to the students of DYIMS. This educational institute is built to achieve two main goals; to increase the literacy rate of Layyah and to empower the women of the region. DYIMS also offers versatile program choices including degree programs and special diploma programs. School of nursing is specially launched to educate girls. They can get into professional life by getting diploma certification in community midwifery and lady health visitor. In the future, they would be a productive source for promoting public health. Besides this, other degree programs, the school of pharmacy, and the school of paramedics will open employment prospects for aspiring students.
