About The German Centre for Accessible Reading (dzb lesen)

We, the German Center for Accessible Reading, dzb lesen for short, offer accessible literature for the reading needs of blind, vi-sually impaired and reading-impaired people. We are not just a library, but primarily a production center for Braille and audio media, large print, tactile media and a variety of digital services and offers. In addition, we support schools, teachers and parents with inclusive services and projects to promote reading and advi-se the publishing world and Saxon institutions and authorities on the accessible design of websites, apps and documents.
