CFO Consultants Inc. (dba E-Accounting) was formed in 1994 in Cleveland, Ohio with the purpose of assisting businesses that need a CFO or Controller but only on a part-time or on a “as needed” basis. Services include: • Few days at month end to complete account reconciliations and issue financial statements • 1-2 days a week, if needed, to provide controller or CFO support to the organization • Help develop new reports for management that provide key information & metrics on the business. • Special projects including the development of annual budget & 3–5-year forecast • Assist in bank financing. • Work with “troubled” companies to help them with bank requirements & develop a new plan. • Basic bookkeeping and straightening out historical records. The Fractional / Outsource services can save you money as you only utilize our services when needed.
