As the first and only domestic Tunnel Boring Machine manufacturer of Turkey, E-Berk is providing services to the sector in areas mentioned below with the one stop shop approach: TBM Spare Parts and Supporting Hardware TBM Production TBM Refurbishment Tunnel Construction Works E-Berk Tunnelling & Foundation Technologies is a global supplier for spare parts of TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines) since 2002. The production portfolio ranges from 12” to 21” disc cutters with their spare parts, rippers with carbide inserts scrapers cutting knives and customized materials according to the customer requirements. E-Berk accomplished the first domestic TBM production in May, 2017 and TBM Factory established with the investment of 30 Million Euro; as of the year 2018 Factory has a capacity of manufacturing 12 TBMs annually. Now, it is possible to manufacture all kinds of TBMs in the Factory according to the ground conditions such as; Earth Pressure Balanced, Slurry Type, Single and 3mm shielded up to 9 meters in diameter. E-Berk has 2 factories, 4 different construction sites and more than 500 employees. Since its establishment, E-Berk Tunnel and Foundation Technologies Inc., producing high value-added products. In 2018 E-Berk establish the R&D center, Academy and produced the slurry type MTBM.
