E-Café Chiapas is a green coffee producer and exporter based in Chiapas, Mexico. We strive to produce high quality specialty coffee from our own farms with 500 hectares of land.
As a result of our efforts for quality, one of our fincas, Finca Las Chicharras, has won 5th place at Cup of Excellence Mexico 18'.
We also help small-scale coffee farmers produce, process, and export specialty coffee while engaging in social development projects in the poorest state of Mexico.
E-Café's vision is to alleviate and ultimately eliminate poverty by working together with indigenous farmers by raising the quality of coffee. E-Café is achieving this goal through improving education, health, and quality of life in the state of Chiapas.
