The basic aim of E-Cell is to encourage college-level students today to start their enterprise. Hundreds of rural as well as urban colleges have established e-cells. Our vision is to help students who have an idea, product, and burning desire to give Human Resources, management, convincing skills, market exposure, and investors for their startup.
