The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, in recognition of the role of Non-Governmental Organizations in the development of Tanzania society, formulated the National Non-Governmental Organizations Policy of 2001 with the aim of creating an enabling environment for NGOs in Tanzania; One of the policy justifications was the need to oneself-regulations on, Transparency, and accountability of Non-Governmental Organizations and establishing modalities for interaction between NGOs and the Government and between NGOs and other stakeholders. The NGO ACT No. 24 of 2002 as amended in 2005 under the provisions of section 25 establishes the National Council of Non-Governmental Organizations to be a collective forum of NGOs for purpose of coordination and networking. The E-Community Hub also aims to empower the community members to enhance day to day individual living standards as a result of the Gender violence, Heath problems, Family planning, Hygiene, Food, and Education and render humanitarian aid emergencies, HIV/AIDS, and Infectious Diseases, Availability of employment, strengthen and upgrading small scale projects, strength and provide school education through ICT, to enhance employees’ capabilities at the District and Regional level, to enhance individual projects for the benefit of the community and Quality Agriculture Activities. E-CH members, by using its professionals, have the ability to poverty in their area of jurisdiction by providing small and medium scale loans from the funds received from the Government, stakeholders, or any other institution. .
