E&D Mechanical Ltd are a Mechanical and Electrical design and build company. We specialise in design, supply, and fit of the following works associated with apartment blocks and housing: plumbing/heating/ventilation/dry risers/wet risers/smoke ventilation shafts, BMS control wiring/electrical works and fire alarm systems. We would predominately be subcontracted in by the developers or principal contractors and work side by side throughout the project. With offices based in Kennington Park, our projects are mainly in London and Greater London area, but not limited too.
