E-Depositions LLC is a full service litigation support firm that offers services ranging from the recording of depositions to trial technology, trial consulting, focus groups, and mock trials. E-Depositions has recorded upwards of 800 depositions in the state of Nevada for both state and federal cases. We understand the importance of ensuring that each deposition recorded is a true and accurate representation of what transpired in the deposition room. Using state of the art technology, that includes three redundancies of video and four redundancies of audio recording at the same time, ensures that each deposition recording is accurate and without error. Our recording systems allow us to provide immediate playback of questions or testimony without interruption to recording and each transcript created is the most accurate transcript that can be created.
Method of Recording Depositions
All depositions will be recorded non-stenographically. (NRCP 30(b)(2)) The audio video recording will be the official record. Each deposition will be certified in writing by the officer recording the deposition (NRCP 28, NRCP 30(b)(4), NRCP 30(f)).
Trial Tech Support
E-Depositions offers full service trial tech support. E-Depositions uses state of the art technology to provide audio and visual presentations during a trial - from displaying simple documents, to playing video clips on screen in support of the attorney's arguments. We work closely with attorneys prior to a trial to prepare the relevant documents, video clips, pictures, animations and other audiovisual exhibits that the trial attorney may want to use, synchronized to the attorney's presentation. Our technical specialist will operate the equipment and handle the presentation during trial.
