Our basic principle is that the most significant value and power we can cultivate is well-coordinated and self-motivated collective talent. The skills needed for our desired futures—those that underpin our innovation and cultures, from basic vocations to advanced sciences—still require dedicated training. Beyond providing this training, Endemic is developing various matchmaking processes to connect individuals to opportunities: local positions, leadership roles in organizations, interventions to contribute to, apprenticeships, and more. Members can gradually opt into these activities as they become available.
