Endemic

Endemic is a community R&D ecosystem developing pathways to rejuvenate society. We train communities in crucial skills to unlock and accelerate richer, more vibrant, and more alive worlds and support the healthy coordination of movements to achieve those futures. We relate to this work in several dimensions of activity; 1. A public Virtual Community Structured for Large Scale Generative Conversation, Education, and Guidance 2. Coalitions Developing and Deploying Interventions in the World 3. New Education Institutions, Training in Critical Skills, Innovating Towards the Futures We Most Want 4. Transformative Village Rejuvenation or Creation Our basic principle is that the most significant value and power we can cultivate is well-coordinated and self-motivated collective talent. The skills needed for our desired futures—those that underpin our innovation and cultures, from basic vocations to advanced sciences—still require dedicated training. Beyond providing this training, Endemic is developing various matchmaking processes to connect individuals to opportunities: local positions, leadership roles in organizations, interventions to contribute to, apprenticeships, and more.
