In 2000 after searching for an abode to rent which ticked all the boxes, Elaine Duthie discovered a gap in the market for high end rental accommodation within Aberdeen City and the Shire. Therefore in 2003, at age 22, Elaine launched a business called Elaine Properties which offered a portfolio of high end executive properties for rent. The success of the business was down to hard work and customer satisfaction, which led to the expansion of the portfolio. Over a decade later, E P International are proud to offer award winning luxury accommodation within the City and Shire.
