Our E-waste business is never regular or consistent in all months because it is on an E-waste LOT to LOT basis or depends upon the size of the LOT. One of the Major reasons for the irregularity of revenue’s month on a monthly basis is because of the accumulation of e-waste till year-end basis or financial year-end basis disposal. Many corporate customers are also following the parent overseas company FY calendar at times for e-waste compliance and disposal which is at times Jan-to-Dec in the same year and FY year end is Oct-Nov-Dec (FY Q3). If some delays in processing the approvals for e-waste disposal the Indian offshore branch of MNCs or Indian Origin Corporates accumulate e-waste for disposal by the Indian FY year end which is Jan-Feb-March (FY Q4) for high input of stocks, Both in purchases and sales in any given financial year. At times we also have to carry forward of high volume of e-waste input stocks due to the time taken to get e-waste stocks reprocessed, refurbished, and recycled for sale.
