The e-WBL@Home project aims to maximise work-based learning opportunities for VET learners in order to keep them connected to the labour market, thereby mitigating inequalities that have emerged as a result of the covid-pandemic, namely an increase in all levels of distance working and the implementation of work-from-home employment schemes.
