E14YogaCoach was set up to connect with clients that require more attention than that which can be offered in a standard group class and is based near Canary Wharf, London E14. This isn't the glorious gymnastic ability yoga that you see all over social media. We are taking the postures and the breath work back to basics and allowing normal people to discover how good their body can feel. Looking great in a posture is one thing. Feeling strong, purposeful and calming the mind is another thing entirely.
