E2M Kitchen originally started as a meal service offering gluten & dairy-free options for E2M Fitness. Their meal plan has been used for over 200,000 individuals and has contributed to thousands of successful health transformations. Initially designed to support weight loss for E2M Fitness members, we quickly discovered that our commitment to an anti-inflammatory way of eating was raved about by doctors, T1D communities, clients suffering with celiac disease, Hashimoto’s, IBS, and other autoimmune afflictions.
