Employee engagement - It's not enough... In 2000 we began researching what it truly was that caused Australian businesses to have teams of employees who willingly and consistently gave their all - that holy grail of discretionary effort. And over a 3 year period, surveying and interviewing thousands of Australian employees, the answer became clear... Our research showed that high-performing teams are populated with a critical mass of people who are engaged to go 'on the journey', enabled to do their job 'like a black belt' and empowered to realise their potential - at the very least in their roles but ideally as human beings. Engaged, enabled and empowered - we call it E3.
