By actively managing our customers’ accounts, we also help to reduce energy costs by: • identifying errors and eliminating overcharging on energy invoices; • ensuring sites are on the lowest cost network tariff; • reducing the risk of demand or usage threshold penalty rates; and • providing timely and easy-to-understand information about the usage characteristics of our customers’ sites that can be used to identify and implement energy saving or cost reduction initiatives. e4b also provides energy efficiency evaluation and project management services; and customised solutions for large or complex customers who can benefit from tailored procurement and risk management solutions.
