E4TheFuture created the #FacesofEE initiative to show the power of the US energy efficiency workforce. E4TheFuture supports advancing the effective integration of #EnergyEfficiency (EE) with other distributed clean energy resources with the goal of ensuring affordable, clean and equitable energy use for all customers. In 2024 E4TheFuture partnered with the Building Performance Association to refresh the Faces of EE campaign and also "passed the torch" to this high-profile national organization for the annual Energy Efficiency Jobs in America report.
