When refugee crisis unfolds on mass scale, and become permanent (people stays in temporarily locations for >1 year), it gets increasingly challenging to get things back to normal, pre-crisis state.
Many factors contribute, including technical - the condition of damaged buildings, unprotected from elements, deteriorate quickly without a basic repairs.
