Baoding Exquisite Auto Mould Technology Co., Ltd (referred to as “BEM”), located in Baoding, Hebei Province. With more than 20 years of development from the foundation in 1997, now it covers 45000 square meters building area, more than 900 employees involved in auto covering stamping parts tools, die-casting mould and plastic injection mould research and manufacturing.
The stamping business mainly focuses on the development and manufacture of large cover moulds, aluminium forming moulds and thermoforming moulds. It provides customers with one-stop services from the previous product SE to the body-in-white matching mass production. The company has 4,600 tons of mechanical debugging line body, which can simulate production conditions of the client. BEM now has gained recognition from all its international customers, who make up more than 50% of all its customers.
The cavity business focuses on monochrome & multi-colour mask moulds for front and rear lamps, automotive powertrain systems, transmission systems, structural parts die-casting moulds, and has been committed to the research and development of new technologies and processes for many years, with lots of technical patents.
