The Employer Advisory Council of Orange County (EAC-OC), a non-profit organization, is comprised of employers and their representatives from a cross-section of businesses in a variety of industries. The Orange County Chapter promotes a stronger partnership between California's Employment Development Department (EDD) Job Services offices and the business community. Our mission is to assist employers in conducting their businesses more effectively and efficiently, to provide information on employment-related issues to enhance the communication between all branches of the EDD and private sector employers.
