Eagle AS is a private investment company with a primary focus on technology development, engineering and sale of system solutions within the fields of environment and energy. In addition to the company’s industrial investments Eagle has an extensive investment portfolio within shipping and real estate. One of the pillars in Eagle AS development has been Teknotherm Marine AS. Eagle established and developed Teknotherm in to one of the worlds leading actors within maritime and offshore refrigeration systems. The company was sold to the dutch company Heinen & Hopman June 7th 2018. Eagle’s industrials investments also includes Therma Industri AS, Norway’s leading actor within industrial energy and refrigeration systems, Rena Quality Group AS delivers sustainable and cost effective solutions within water treatment and drilling waste management, Eagle Technology AS with subsidiary in Bosnia focuses on mechanical production and engineering services, Green Carbon AS posseses unique technology for handling of plastic material, Alven Ltd Mobile Intergrated Environmental Services, Grimstål Produkter AS delivers industrial and commercial trolleys and Ernex AS delivers building saws. The Eagle Group have an annual turnover of approximately 500 millions NOK. We have departments and offices located in the most important markeds all over the world, and together they employ approximately 190 people. Over the last 5 years Eagle AS has developed into one of Norway’s most innovative companies within our business areas. With Rena Quality Group, Eagle has invested considerable resources and created a long-term strategy for the initiation of several major development projects.
