Here is to create a safe place for mental health conversations especially among the African populace. We are challenging misconceptions and unhealthy cultures that mitigate against mental health, mental health practice and its delivery to the people. Starting off as a small project by three passionate Nigerian mental health advocates, we are committed to bringing education to schools and markets, community sensitization across slums in Lagos and creating public awareness on common mental health problems and ways to get help. We want to become a foundation someday and there is no limit to where we can get because the sky is only but a starting point.
