Eagle Title Towson opened on January 1st, 2023 through an acquisition of American Land Title Corporation. American Land Title Corporation (ALTC) was founded in 2002 by Betsy Jiranek and provides real estate settlement services and issues title insurance policies throughout Maryland. Our varied clients—buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, developers, and attorneys—rely on us to provide the highest level of personalized service promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Eagle Title Towson, led by Branch Manager and Settlement Officer, Betsy Jiranek, is staffed by dedicated, highly experienced individuals with specialized skills from a broad range of fields — architecture, banking, construction management, and the practice of law. In 2011 alone, we handled more than $200 million in real estate settlement transactions, from straightforward to complex. We give every transaction, regardless of size, the attention it deserves.
