The Establishment of Arabian for IT Service Management (EAITSM Inc.) is a non-profit firm working in the field of ITSM, to promote best practice and guidance, and to be a focal reference point for this field in the regional marketplace. It was established as a forum for Information Technology (IT) service / product providers, IT service / product users, and related parties to explore all means available to maximize IT business value. IT Service Management (ITSM) is defined as the implementation and management of quality IT services that meet the needs of the business. IT service management is performed by IT service providers through an appropriate mix of people, processes, and information technology.
