All nations live their greatest challenges. In the 21st century, the civilized competition became at its peak. When the governments do their role in serving their societies, this shall be considered a normal matter. On the other hand, when the individuals initiate and make their contribution through the institutional community work, this shall be considered the matter that makes the difference between nations and distinguishes them. We are, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, proud of the people’s integration with the command in a fixed approach, an inherited behavior and a continuous work. So, we consider realizing the dream of “E3lamiune”, which has spent 18 years in the framework of the pure community work, to be a professional national association according to ministerial regulations and laws at the end of 2018, one of the results and tools of this integration. At the beginning of 2019, we started a new challenge under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, and with the blessing of the Ministry of Media. We all have aspirations to create rich qualitative partnerships with the government agencies, community institutions and national companies, in order to provide our homeland the best and most professional results and practices.
