We have three simple goals:
1. To empower women to teach young children:
Early childhood has been shown to be the most effective period for educating children. Our job is to ensure the women teaching them are sufficiently skilled to create rich and stimulating preschool environments.
2. To teach women how to run their own small businesses:
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. By equipping teachers to run their preschools as small businesses, we work with women to become financially emancipated and more in control of their own destinies.
3. Changing the trajectory for children in low-income areas.
Everything we do is ultimately directed at the children we work with, ensuring they are school-ready and set on a trajectory for success.
