EARO (EEPIS Airplane Robot) is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Research Team at the Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya (PENS). One of its core divisions, the Racing Plane Division, focuses on the research and development of high-speed UAVs designed for aerial racing. This division emphasizes aerodynamic design, lightweight structures, and advanced control systems to maximize speed and performance, while providing a hands-on innovation platform for students to compete in UAV racing competitions nationally.
