𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆 is an international organisation spearheading and advocating for Rights of Nature, International Law of Ecocide and application of environmental restorative justice primarily in the Balkan & Mediterranean bioregions We are pioneering promotion and recognition of Nature’s inherent and inalienable right to exist, to live, thrive and evolve naturally in Serbia and the wider region. We work to ensure that not just human, but non-human life forms' voices are heard and taken into account at all levels of decision making, especially in planning and legal matters. Our vision is a world where all living beings live in harmony with each other respecting each other’s right to life without harm.
