EAST MOUNTAIN is a Global Kingdom Community located in Cape Town South Africa where gifted and experienced pastors, scholars, missionaries and organizational experts live and work alongside emerging Christian leaders to strategically develop deep, transformative and self multiplying global Christian leadership. This shared and dynamic learning environment builds spiritually mature and practically competent leaders by providing focused holistic training in ▪biblical knowledge, ▪spiritual formation and ▪practical leadership skills. We believe that one of the most strategic investments a Western Christian can make is to equip Africans for ministry. We also believe that one of the most strategic ways to recognize, empower and validate the growing African Church is to invite African ministers to teach Western Christians. To meet these objectives the EAST MOUNTAIN community is specifically designed to: 1) Develop and equip African Christian Leaders for global service 2) Provide highly qualified interns to local African partners 3) Create high impact pathways for North American churches and individuals to strategically invest their skills and resources
