East Texas Precast is a Precast/Prestressed Concrete Manufacture located in Hempstead, Texas that serves Houston, San Antonio, Austin, the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, and Western Louisiana. We are a PCI certified plant and only use PCI qualified Erectors. We manufacture approximately 20 parking garages a year in addition to several other projects, such as wall panels (structural, architectural, insulated, and cladding) and stadiums. We are capable of manufacturing any large precast concrete members.
