I was responsible for getting this new plant into production for the Grand Parkway, Segments F1,F2 and G project. This plant was established to produce concrete bridge girders and precast deck panels for this project. After the production and shipping of the product was completed, I was transferred to the Paving Group where I was tasked with managing the fleet of dump trucks used in the paving operations.

I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, which specialized in hauling oversize/overweight loads related to the precast concrete industry. I sought out new work, dispatched trucks, supervised the maintenance department and processed the invoicing.

Oversee the Project Management group and production scheduling. Coordinate all outgoing freight and Field Operations for one of the largest Precast Concrete Manufacturers.

In charge of QC Dept. for Segmental Bridge casting yard.
