-Engage business and community leaders in addressing workforce issues and promote strategies to improve basic workforce skills.
-Assist job seekers with accessing the resources they need to find a great job, or to get access to education, training, and funds to get the qualifications they need.
-Help employers find qualified workers and assist them with their business needs.
