تأسست الشركة في عام 2014 عندما تم افتتاح أول ورشة عمل لها في الدمام في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية حيث تم تجهيز ورشة العمل في أعلى مستوى من المعايير والمواصفات التي تخدم صيانة محركات الديزل للسفن البحرية. وبفضل الإدارة و فريق العمل لدينا والذين هم من أمهر المهندسين والفنيين، تمكنت الشركة من الحصول على عقود لصيانة المحركات في القطاع البحري للسفن ومن ثم قررت الشركة التوسع لتلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة لعملائها في منطقة الخليج، حيث قامت المجموعة بدراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية بشكل أفضل وتوسعة نشاطها لتشمل جغرافياً مملكة البحرين والإمارات العربية المتحدة، وضمت خلال تلك الفترة العديد من المهندسين والفنيين لمواكبة مطالب العملاء.
يتكون الفريق الفني لخبراء الشرقية اليوم من خمسة مهندسين وخمسة وثلاثين مشرفًا وفنيًا، تلقى معظمهم العديد من الدورات والتدريبات والخبرات الفنية لتمكنهم من المقدرة على الفحص والتشخيص واستكشاف الأخطاء
