Eastlake Performance

Eastlake Performance is a personal training studio that specializes in 1 on 1 training and small group training. Each coach here has an extensive background in sports and training, from collegiate sports and beyond. We focus our programming around functional movement and correcting biomechanical movement patterns while progressing each client towards their individual goals. This could be weight loss, strength, muscular imbalance, prehab and rehab, conditioning, and speed.
