EASUN Centre for Organizational Learning has over 25 years experience facilitating organisational development and transformational leadership.
We support civil society across East Africa, working closely with organisations and teams to identify areas where change could help improve outputs and strengthen sectors. We train leaders in facilitation skills and organisations to address the challenges of poverty and inequality.
We do this through tailor made courses, one on one coaching, team building and interventions which inclusively build and strengthen organisations and develop and hone individual skills.
