Eat Rite Foods was created by two long-time friends after they were faced with an impending layoff and closure of their then current employment at Dupont Niagara. With this news they sat down and really thought about what they could do next. It quickly became apparent there was a great opportunity to really help people become happier and healthier. And Eat Rite Foods was born. Since we opened in January 2016 it has been able to help thousands of Western New Yorkers achieve their lifestyle goals by offering consistent high- quality meals at an affordable price. We offer a new rotating menu every week consisting of fresh never frozen, made from scratch meals that you get to pick and choose from to create a package that suits your needs.
