With a specialism in Trauma therapy, I work with both 'high' and 'low' BMI challenges ranging from Avoidant or Restrictive Eating, Bulimia, Binge Eating, Body Dysmorphia, Emotional Overeating, Muscle Dysmorphia, Obesity, Over-Exercise and Yo-Yo Dieting, as well as challenges which cannot be identified with a standardised 'label'.
