Eating Academy

Eating Academy is littered with quick fix "diet" hacks; that ultimately leave us feeling bigger than we were when we started. Eating Academy is run by Nutritionist Michelle Cooper, cut through the bullshit, and draws a line in the sand for developing lifelong eating habits that are designed to work for you for a lifetime. Eating Academy’s vision is to empower people with the knowledge to practice and improve their physical wellness. We’re educational, empowering, and at our core is food and fun and learn why eating for weight loss is fun and easier than you ever expected. Eating Academy are offering a pilot program, will include your own 75-90 minute personal consultation with Michelle Cooper(Nutritionist and fitness Instructor) to review your current eating habits and goals. The 10 Step program will consist of 10 live taught sessions & workshops delivered via Zoom. Each session will last 60 – 90 minutes and run approximately every fortnight. If you can’t make the live session it will be recorded for you to watch back. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions & will have a wellness concierge throughout the course. To be successful in weight loss you’ll need to commit to the process and follow the 4 new rules of eating. EATING ACADEMY IN A NUTSHELL OUR GOALS 100 graduates from Eating Academy in 2021.
