Ltd., a Hyderabad-based food processing company committed to delivering the authentic taste of Indian home-cooked meals — anytime, anywhere. Founded in 2020 by Mrudula Reddy, a Home Science graduate with a passion for traditional recipes and modern nutrition, Instabites was born out of a mother’s concern to provide healthy food for her child abroad. Today, we offer a wide range of ready-to-eat, freeze-dried Indian meals crafted with care, precision, and zero preservatives. Our products cater to travellers, students, working professionals, elderly individuals, and parents looking for nutritious options for children — especially the NRI community who miss the warmth and comfort of homemade Indian food. Using advanced Lyophilisation (freeze-drying) technology, we lock in taste, texture, and nutrition without the use of additives or artificial colours.
