Eat Your Microgreens (EYM)

A local 2 local circular food initiative. Our life-long mission is to provide highly nutritious food grown from seed, delivered and consumed all in the city. Therefore, Eat Your Microgreens was developed. MICROGREENS has both the ability to feed and nourish your healthy lifestyle. We are embolden by our ability to change what is not sustainable and instead become more aligned with each other, the earth, its degrading natural resources and our ignorance to planetary limitations; thereby becoming conscious, connected, and proactive in the current zeitgeist. In the end, food is a necessity so why not make it more sustainable by producing healthier food closer to where it is consumed? Is it possible? This is our journey to see how serious we are about transitioning towards a system of of food production that is truly sustainable.
