Anouk Prop is a practice for mind & body coaching. Various therapeutic interventions are provided, focused on the combination of mind and body, such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic thinking and constellation work, insight-giving therapy, yoga, somatic experiencing. Areas of treatment include, among others, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, life-phase problems, communication and assertiveness skills.
