Eesti Autorite Ühing (EAÜ) on autoriõiguste kaitsega tegelev kollektiivse esindamise organisatsioon, mis toimib kui ühenduslüli autorite ja teoste kasutajate vahel. EAÜ tegevus võimaldab autoritel loomingule keskenduda ja lihtsustab autoriõigusega kaitstud teoste litsentseerimist.
EAÜ on Eesti autorite esindusorganisatsioon, mille liikmeteks on peamiselt heliloomingu ja kujutava kunsti teoste autorid ning muusikakirjastajad. Lisaks oma liikmetele esindab EAÜ ka teiste riikide autoreid ja kirjastajaid välisriikide autoreid esindavate organisatsioonidega sõlmitud vastastikuse esindamise lepingute alusel. Vastastikkuse lepingu alusel Eesti Audiovisuaalautorite Liiduga esindab EAÜ ka audiovisuaalautoreid nagu režissöörid, stsenaristid, operaatorid ja kunstnikud. EAÜ on mittetulundusühing.

Estonian Authors' Society (EAU) is a collective management organisation which acts as a bridge between authors and users of their works, thus enabling authors to focus on their creative activities and simplifying licensing of their copyrighted works.
EAÜ represents its members who are mainly Estonian music authors, authors of fine art and music publishers. In addition to its members, EAÜ also represents authors and publishers from other countries on the basis of reciprocal representation agreements concluded with similar collective management organisations in the respective countries. Through reciprocal agreement with the Association of Estonian Audiovisual Authors, EAÜ also represents audiovisual authors such as directors, screenwriters, cinematographers and artists. Estonian Authors' Society is an NGO.
