Launched in 2014 as The Texas Regional Investment Center, EB5&CO was created to better serve the EB-5 investor community with institutional quality and service. Our focus is high-quality real estate projects curated by a team of professionals in a manner that emphasizes risk management and accelerates our clients path to US Residency.
The United States is a country of immigrants. The founder and President of the Texas RIC, Rob Donnelly, is a third generation Irish immigrant. We recognize and respect the vital importance of both the USCIS and the EB5 Program. We are honored to serve in the very personal journey of each of our foreign clients.

Managing risk is critical both in terms of navigating the EB-5 program rules as well as the underlying investment and return of capital. We ensure that our EB5 projects meet, or exceed, USCIS criteria (emphasis on excess job coverage) and maintain investment terms to protect our clients.
Reformed in 2022, the updated EB-5 Program rules now allow International Students in the US on an F-1 Visa to remain in the U.S. throughout the EB-5 application process. The new rule also applies to H-1B and other select categories).
