Launched in 2014 as The Texas Regional Investment Center, EB5&CO was created to better serve the EB-5 investor community with institutional quality and service. Our focus is high-quality real estate projects curated by a team of professionals in a manner that emphasizes risk management and accelerates our clients path to US Residency. The United States is a country of immigrants. The founder and President of the Texas RIC, Rob Donnelly, is a third generation Irish immigrant.
