Sick child care:

Post-Partum RN Home Visit:
The service is offered to help new moms transition into motherhood effortlessly which will help decrease or prevent postpartum depression. Our services includes weighing the baby, evaluating the baby's feeding, checking the delivery site of mom for infection, bleeding and/or discharge and hands on training on infant bathing and diaper changing can also be done if needed.
Weekly blood pressure check and medication preparation:
The service is a home visit done once a week where a health care provider will check the blood pressure and prepare 7 days worth of medication in a color coated pill organizer designed to allow seniors to stay independent longer. Any abnormal BP reading will be forwarded to the primary care, social worker or responsible party.
Respite Care:
The service is designed for primary care givers that needs a break for some rest and rejuvenation. Our respite care team would care for your ailing loved one with priority given to their health, safety, happiness, and recovery. You can enjoy yourself knowing that your loved one is in good hands.
