EBEN-Spain

EBEN-Spain is the brand name of "Ética, Economía y Dirección. Spanish Association of Ethics in Economics and Organizations". Since its foundation, EBEN-Spain is the Spanish branch of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN), a European-wide association created in 1987 to promote the study and application of ethics in the field of organizations, business and economics. EBEN-Spain is an open and plural forum, a network in which professionals from diverse backgrounds and interests - managers, academics, entrepreneurs, etc. - can contribute their ideas and compare their experiences in a context of open dialogue. Our members share a common aspiration: to recognize the need for ethics in the configuration of society and business, and to promote its study and implementation. EBEN-Spain does not adopt specific positions on real problems, nor do we present ourselves as promoters of specific attitudes, beyond the simple defense of the need for morally responsible behavior. Likewise, we leave full freedom to our members to opt for one or another school of thought. Nor do we hold ourselves responsible for the ideas or actions of our members.
