E-BLACKBOARDS LEARNING and SOLUTIONS, Inc., is an e-Learning and Training organization that provides customized educational interventions and support services to Government and private institutions of learning. We are a professional organization of education and training experts that also operates to support the endeavors of graduates of Philippine schools, colleges and universities in the attainment of proficiencies and skills that will better prepare graduates in their field of competencies. An off-shoot of eBlackboards Solutions, Inc., the acknowledged Training Partner of the Philippines Government Electronic Procurement System (PHILGEPS) since 2010, E-BLACKBOARDS LEARNING and SOLUTIONS, Inc., has rebranded since to expand its service coverage. It now positions itself as an e-learning and IT Consulting organization that provides online supplemental training and educational tools that aim to complement the learning process of its clients, transporting them from traditional classrooms to a world of inter-relations and inter-connections thus providing a more holistic perspective of Learning as a whole - from local to global and vice-versa. Recognized as the sole training partner of the Procurement Service – PHILGEPS, E-BLACKBOARDS LEARNING and SOLUTIONS, Inc. (EBLSI) has the tried and tested solutions for online training on the use of the government procurement system. EBLSI, as a private entity, has been undertaking a centralized campaign on the conduct of training nationwide. We have been successfully conducting full online PHILGEPS training classes since July 2020, in an effort to respond to the incessant demand for information and knowledge on the use of the PHILGEPS.
