E. B. O’Reilly works to cost effectively design, install and service HVAC systems that result in comfort and reliability. Henry O’Reilly remains committed to the values that have enabled us grow from the small family-owned business that his father founded in 1954, to a leader in the Tri-state area’s commercial HVAC industry. Over the years we have gained invaluable knowledge and experience by handling various project types in numerous construction sectors: • Design build • Plan & Spec • Value engineering Regardless of the project type or size, or whether we are designing and installing or servicing and maintaining systems, our highest priority has been and will always be to exceed our customer’s expectations. We have made a Team atmosphere the foundation of our working environment. By working closely with our customer, end user, subcontractors and vendors we make certain everyone has a clear understanding of the project goals. In order to continue the strong sense of involvement between all parties, we maintain open communication throughout the entire project. Our teamwork continues as we work hand in hand with our Service Division during project completions. Our Service Department ensures that end users are provided with training on our new installations. Our Service Team will offer the end user a service and maintenance contract; this will help to ensure the proper care of their new investment. Our intent is to not only provide a quality installation but to ensure the equipment is appropriately maintained.
